Before we go into that, let's look at the actual benefits of meditation and why everyone is talking about the practice of Mindfulness Meditation. If there is energy stuck in any of these channels, this is what leads eventually to disease or attracting chaos and negativity into our lives. When we meditate, we bring universal energy into our bodies and this energy helps to clear our energy channels and release any stale or stuck energy. This is why we always feel lighter after meditating or a reiki session. I’ve also found that meditation can bring us answers and solutions to every day problems and questions we may have. This was the last part of the session I worked on when I facilitated meditation classes.
